Beanie Siegel sentenced to 90-days in the Halfway House

A federal judge in Philadelphia sentenced Beanie Sigel to three months in prison on Friday after he gave a false urine sample to probation officials, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Sigel also reportedly tested positive for Xanax and Percocet this month.

After violating supervised release, Sigel had been serving a six month term in a halfway house.

Sigel told the judge that he is an addict and relapsed when he was sent to the halfway house. Sigel added that being confined to the halfway house and not being able to travel for big income shows triggered the relapse, and that he was feeling a large amount of financial pressure and feared losing his home.

U.S District Judge R. Barclay Surrick was not sympathetic.

"I told you the last time if you didn't toe the line, jail was the only option," Surrick told Sigel.

Be careful what you call yourself. If you gonna call your clique state property expect to be such. The name you call yourself determines your destiny. Hold your head up pimpin. We gotcha over here

Introducing the Boss: Executive order

The hardest working man in the game period. Understand that we gotta brown-nose the B-O-S-S-M-A-N. A true pioneer to that get the qwap mentality forget the salary. Known by most as Zsupreme has a tireless work ethic and entrepreurial spirit and an ambition to win. I mean damn, homie came up from the gutters of joburg. Entralled in the fast lane life of Joburg, the apartheid survivor, is back on the scene. This time he means business and we get to pick his brain...

About thirty minutes of waiting to meet the homie, I decided to go grab a bite to eat from a local bodega cafe in the busy city of philly. Before I place my order, my cellphone begins to blare annoyingly, before I gather my thoughts together all I heard is, "Yo, it's Zee homie, where you at?" I decide to slide out on a half empty stomach and get whisked away to homey's crib. I managed to let him know that I need to eat like a.s.a.p. Unfazed by my request, he utters, " I got you!" whatever that means. While in his new black GTI, I noticed the dash, full of cds, Nyaniso t-shirts and magazines cluttered in his backseat, in my mind, I'm like he's a busy man. So we started the interview prematurely, just like that!

Cybil: So what have you been up?

Zee: I have been busy juggling my goals. I got money to get. I aint new to this getting money game. Understand, I came from scraps and I aint trying to go back ya heard, "F-that!" reciting Scarface a.k.a Tony Montana, " This country is like one big,fat p---y waiting to get f--ked" ha ha ha.. Nah real talk, I'm developing my own insurance co, public adjusting multi-level marketing firm. I like numbers especially when we are talking about profitability plus I dabble in the entertainment industry, that's my real passion right there. Online marketing, branding, radio, fashion etc...If a dimebag get's sold in the hood I want in...

Cybil: Online marketing?

Zee: Yeah, Im working on a blog, this is basic training before commiting myself to the full-fledged website. FlySwag is the future. Basically, my inspiration behind this is to create a platform for the people deprived of the mosaic of music outhere. Let's unite the global village. My main objective to resurrect the true feelings I felt when I heard real Hip-Hop. Remember that feeling you felt when you first heard, Illmatic or Reasonable doubt. That feeling right there.

Cybil: Wow, you sound really passionate about this, so what can we expect from you?

Zee: Me, that's all you really need (ha ha ha), nah, you can expect me to take this to the next level and reshape the model of hiphop and create a marketplace. I need them Bill Gate numbers,keep think I'm playing. One thing about me is that I am ambitious, sometimes to my detriment. I came to America with nothing but a dream and some chomp change in my pocket and look at me now. I have a crazy work-ethic and my boys ( Ade, Feisal,Dara) can vouch completely for me. I grinds baby, don't forget the fact that I'm completely funding my extra activity out of my own pocket, this is not some wet-dream hustle

Cybil: Wetdream hustle? What are you coining your own terminology?

Zee: Ha, ha... I mean this aint no pipedream. If I see something, I find ways to materialize it. I may fail and not do it right the first time, but with my resilence and determination, I always find a way to get right eventually. It's like riding a bike for the first time, the first couple of attempts are gonna be painful, but with faith and determination, you'll find a way. Oh shot outs to my late grandma watching over me, she always said to me, " It's always better to try and fail,than not try and never know." Those are the jewels that I was equipped with at a very young age. True words of wisdom.

Cybil: Wow, you seem to have a good head on your shoulders. I heard you rap?

Zee: Who told you that? Damn, yeah, I do. I am actually working on my mixtape right now as we speak. But let's be realistic, how many dudes did we pass by around my hood, wearing baggy jeans and a do-rag with a discman shadow-spitting rhymes. "You can't fit this hustle inside of a rapper," I decided that Flyswag radio was gonna be my claim to fame and it's gonna create a forum/marketplace to bring the attention where it needs to be. The online business model, is easily funded, no high overheads or payroll, well at least for now. The potential to gross on here is limitless, I mean the founder of facebook was offered a billion dollars for his company and he turned it down. Me I would've been in and out. I'm a Jozi Dough Boy, so I need my eight figure deal. Sirius radio holla at your boy.

By this time, Zee decides to pull at a local deli. We hop in and continue our conversation. We were briefly interrupted by the ordertaker, can I have your order please. My mouth salivating from the mere scent of the pizzas. Zee looking at the menu, "yeah, we gonna have two cheese steaks, with onions and ketchup and cheese and a side of hotwings and two fruit punch sodas." We proceed to our seats and kickback waiting for the meal.

Zee: I love this place, Nicks Pizza deli, got the best food hands down. I came a long way from eating local fatcakes ha ha. Don't get it confused, I still miss that, but I am in a different space in my life. See money has a funny way changing people. Some people become egotistical, some become fun-loving, cool and collected. I guess indirectly flyswag embodies both components. yeah, I know Im fly and having fun at the same time. Success is very infectious. I was blessed to be mentored by Richard Towey. He's a multi-millionaire financial advisor,who pulled me to the side and told me that he saw something inside me that reminded me of himself and he schooled to the rules I abide by, but yall are gonna have wait for the book for that.....intellectual property.

Cybil: So What's up with Nyaniso?

Zee: It's in a great space. You know my direct correspondent, Nolo, left the country back to South Africa and me and the owner have a little communication issues that we need to overcome. I mean dude is really talented and he needs a dude like me in his corner blowing the trumpet for him. He is a true artist and he aint trying to sell out. I more on the show me the money, Gordon Gecko type dude. You show me something I like, I try and figure out ways to flip it 50 ways to get that check. I mean I brokered the Tees to get promoted via music videos. I mean even Oskido had the t-shirt in SA. Morale lent his situation and we linked it up. I mean Vance, holla at me. I'm always in go-mode.

Cybil: I heard you are working with the Glitz Gang?

Zee: I got a couple of joints on there. That's about it. I mean there are a lot of dudes doing their own thing. If it materializes so be it, if not, it is what it is.

Cybil: So what are you going to call your mixtape?

Zee: "From Starving to Stardom"...basically my heart is on that. Im talking with my homie.Grammy nominee, Samori Cole. we gon work it out. Lookout for that. Now enough of this let's eat. Always a please though.

I just picked up the latest Y-Mag, the Jozi cover one. Boy oh boy, Crazy Lu was speaking about label exploitation and gay tendencies in the Jozi crew. I ain't the one to dabble in crew beef, but damn let me find out these dudes is playing Elton John under the covers he he he.Damn that sh1t sounds gay it's insane. I aint really homophobic maybe a closet one..I just can't see dudes jaw-boning eachother (Yuk!!!) Quoting Capitalist Nigger, " It is not what you call me, but what I answer to, that matters most." How do we really feel about this word. Is it empowering or deragatory?
